Hi, my name is Jules. I am an Integrative Therapist based here at GH Hair Design and Therapy Centre. I hold a Professional  Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling and I also practice as a Hypnotherapist. 

I believe that it is important to look after ourselves, both physically and mentally, to promote our well-being and live our happiest lives.  If you are feeling anxious, stressed or low in mood, and you think you might benefit from talking to someone with no judgement, I can provide a confidential and safe space to allow you to explore your thoughts and feelings. Life experiences can never escape us but with a little gentle support and understanding, we can learn how to draw on our inner strength and build a stronger foundation for moving forwards.
